Responsibilities:
As a Product Manager at Educative Inc, you will:
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Product Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products, from conception to market release.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other departments to define product requirements and specifications.
- Roadmap Planning:
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer feedback.
- Ensure that the product roadmap is aligned with the company’s strategic initiatives and goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, engineering teams, and the product development cycle.
- Gather feedback from various stakeholders, including customers, and incorporate it into product development decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Monitor and analyze product performance, customer usage, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and execute plans for product enhancements, updates, and product retirement.
Requirements:
- Fsc, Ics, FA, Bsc, B.com, Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
